Among other companies, pointing out that it is illegal to segregate and refuse entry to anyone not showing their medical status.

My email to them and their response is below.

My email to Westfarmers:

Sir,

I can no longer support or patronise KMart, Target, Bunnings Office Works, or any other of your outlets due to the following violations of Federal Legislation.

Apart from the fact that this is un Australian it is also illegal. The Constitution clearly states that where there is a conflict between State and Federal Law, the Federal law takes precedence. By barring people who have not been vaccinated or even refusing to give their vaccination status business are committing a felony.

“106. Saving of Constitutions

The Constitution of each State of the Commonwealth shall, subject to this Constitution, continue as at the establishment of the Commonwealth, or as at the admission or establishment of the State, as the case may be, until altered in accordance with the Constitution of the State.”

"109. Inconsistency of laws

When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid”

Federal Laws include:

Privacy Act of 1988 Section 94H

“Section 94H of the Privacy Act 1988 states:

A person commits an offence if the person requires another person to: download COVIDSafe to a communication device; or. have COVIDSafe in operation on a communication device; or. consent to uploading COVID app data from a communication device to the National COVIDSafe Data Store.”

Federal Biosecurity Act of 2015

Section 60 and 61 State:

“For the Government or a business to mandate masks (section 88), PCR tests (section 90) or vaccinations (section 92), they need to impose on you a ‘human biosecurity control order (HBCO)’ (section 60). A Human Biosecurity Control Order (HBCO) is also required to enforce lockdowns and isolations. INSTRUCTIONS If anyone attempts to intimidate you to partake in the above actions, ask them for a ‘HUMAN BIOSECURITY CONTROL ORDER’. Without that, refuse to comply. If they do present one, at least you’re forcing them to take another step and if enough people ask for this, the administration of it might not be worth the hassle for them.

BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 SECTION 90 - PCR TESTS Undergoing an examination An individual may be required by a human biosecurity control order to undergo, at a specified medical facility, a specified kind of examination relating to determining the presence in the individual of: (a) the listed human disease specified in the order; and (b) any other listed human disease.

BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 SECTION 92 - RECEIVING VACCINATIONS http://classic.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/consol_act/ba2015156/s92.html An individual may be required by a human biosecurity control order to receive, at a specified medical facility: (a) a specified vaccination; or (b) a specified form of treatment; in order to manage the listed human disease specified in the order, and any other listed human disease.

Demanding vaccination status and refusing entry into a public place such as a restaurant, hair salon or retail establishment contravenes the above Federal Acts and is therefore A CRIME.

As a bona fide Australian Business we do not support criminal organisations or those organisations that practice criminal activities by reason of violation of Federal Law.

“We appreciate your concerns, but this is a State Government requirement in Victoria and our retail businesses are required by law to comply, because they have been deemed by Government to be “non essential”. While we don’t agree with this categorisation, there are significant fines for businesses if they don’t comply. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you wish to pursue further you should raise it with your local member of parliament.”

Can Business Refuse to Employ You If you are not Vaxx’d?

Basically no. In Australia it does not matter if you are vaccinated or not. As per the Australian Federal Privacy Act of 1988 Section 94H and the Bio Security Act of 2015 Section 60 and Section 61.it is none of their business. It is also illegal to discriminate against anyone based on their medical condition, (https://www.seetvnews.com/post/asserting-your-rights-in-australia)

No employer is entitled to ask you about your medical condition. It violates the Privacy Act of 1988 which is a federal act, and supersedes any State act or legislation or ‘mandate.’ In short, it is none of their business. Even when the state government declares an emergency state (as is in Victoria but NOT in NSW where such a state has not actually been declared)

This applies to QI codes, asking any individual to disclose his vaccination status, medical condition and or treatment. You cannot or should not be discriminated against because of any medical condition or treatment.

In addition, “It also means you are NOT obliged to sign in and your movements be tracked or have to REPORT IN your location at any time … anywhere. You do NOT in short have to report your movements to the government as you are a citizen of Australia and not a criminal.

Importantly you cannot be refused entry into a public place or any business OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

That is the LAW.”

What is a Blockchain?

A blockchain is a concept that many people find difficult to understand possibly because it is new concept and quite different to the way people understand databases, financial transactions and records (a ledger is a balanced record of transactions performed). A blockchain is a decentralized ledger as distinct to the usual centralised ledger system banks and businesses use. It is, in fact a chain of blocks of data.

A good analogy of this is like a book with each block being a page. The pages run in sequence and are connected to each other by the end and beginning words on each page. This makes up the book. One can liken each page to being a block with each block connected to the previous block by the end and beginning code in the block making a chain of blocks. Now the decentralization part is the genius of this. Whereas a book once printed is not updated and, importantly, not added to subsequently, a block chain can be. It’s like adding a page to the end of the book and this page added simultaneously to all the copies of the book all at once at the same time. That is basically how block chain works. The book just gets longer and longer each time a page is added and that is a permanent record with everyone’s copy of the book growing at the same time. The amount of space used however is very small so there is no likelihood of it getting to big to handle.

The decentralization part is the fact that there are untold copies of the book spread around but the important thing is that each time a ‘page’ is added to the book it is updated immediately in every copy simultaneously anywhere. Why this is important we will look at later but firstly let’s look at the individual pages and their contents.

Each page, then, is a block. It contains a reference to the preceding block and a time stamp. It also contains data such as hashes. A hash, in computer terms, is like a number that represent something else. A hash is used to verify data and also reduce the amount of space used. Often data or a string of numbers or words takes up a lot of space and are duplicated many times. By using a hash one can reduce the space as well as verify the data. Hash is used a lot in a block. The time and date of each block is contained within the block.

This is important and is why blockchain works so well. As each transaction has been duplicated on millions of computers it is impossible to alter or change that time as if one did in that block it would be in conflict with the rest of the copies of that block and so would be rejected. This makes the blockchain secure and not subject to fraudulent interference. Records of Public keys are also contained within blocks. All blocks are of a certain size and when the capacity of the block is reached a new block is created with references to the previous block so adding to the chain with a block created about every ten minutes. Remember that every time a block is created it is simultaneously recorded on every copy of the blockchain.
