From some anonymous sources I can reveal that some mining and oil companies are preparing for the great reset.
Some mining and oil companies are going through their staff and isolating out those who have been vaccinated and their positions. They are then predicting and preparing for those positions to be REFILLED in the next three years.
What do they know? Why do they expect those positions to be available and require filling within the next three years?
This apparently only applies to vaccinated staff. NOT to unvaccinated staff. And is an effort to predict and cater for the loss of staff in critical positions.
This raises several questions. How many other businesses are doing the same? Many recruiters are advising of an increase in business in recruitment, not just for business recovering from lock downs but also for those continuing but are asking about future possible recruits?
And of course, the question WHY? What are they expecting to happen to those existing staff who have been vaccinated that they should need replacing in the not-too-distant future?
The times they are a changing.
